Elettrobar Fast80 Hoodtype Dishwasher

The Fast80 is one of Elettrobar's popular hood-type dishwashers. It is optimized for high-volume use in restaurants and catering establishments, allowing linear washing of dishes at a comfortable working height with the support of a pre-wash table and a basket exit. 

The Fast80 has a 50cm x 50cm rack and a 45cm door opening which allows it to handle both Gastronom and Euronorm-sized wash trays. Elettrobar has fitted a simple electromechanical interface on the Fast80 which is simple to operate and repair if the need arises. It has also equipped the Fast80 with systems such as EWT (wash system), EDS (drain system), ERT (rinse system), and the EHW system (power heating system) to ensure a smoother experience for the user.

 Much of the body, with the exception of the hood which has a single-skin construction, has a double-skin construction. This design pattern ensures that the Fast80 is as lightweight as possible while still retaining its sturdiness and durability.

The Fast80's hood can be installed inline or as a corner unit without the need for additional components. We also supply a wide range of tables and accessories of different types and dimensions that allow you to personalize the washing zone to suit your specific requirements.
